British Values

As part of recent government legislation it is now mandatory that every person in the workplace know what the four key British Values are.
    They are:
    Democracy

    • The right to be heard and to participate in electing your countries local representatives and leaders.

    Examples: Leadership election, EU referendum

    Rule of Law

    • The rule of law is the implementation of “just and fair” laws designed to benefit your countries inhabitants. It is also the right to legal aid during a court  process.

    Individual Liberty

    • Individual liberty is your right to be yourself. To be a unique human being without legal ramifications.

Mutual Respect and Tolerance for all

    • For people of any personality type, social subgroup, background or faith to be able to peacefully coexist, even if their personalities contradict.
